　　目前，攜帶不到最大進口量免稅品的人們沒有書面記錄保存。

　　最大的免稅額不會改變，仍為一升烈酒、兩公升葡萄酒和兩包煙，100支小雪茄煙或50支雪茄。

　　據《郵差報》（Postimees）報道，當局稱，它已經發現東維魯縣和愛沙尼亞部非法貿易增加了。

Duty-Free Allowances on Border Could Become Weekly Limits

　　Officials plan to tighten up the rules on duty-free allowances for cigarettes and alcohol on Estonia's border with Russia.

　　The Tax and Customs Board is proposing that the excise-free maximum be tallied by the week, not the day, and　that people be required to have spent at least 48 hours outside Estonia.

　　Currently no written record is kept of people who import under the maximum quantity.

　　The maximum duty-free allowances would not change, staying at one liter of spirits, two liters of wine and up to 2 packs of cigarettes, 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars.

　　The authority said it has detected a rise in illegal trade in the border regions of Ida-Viru County and southeastern Estonia, Postimees reported. Enditem
