尼加拉瓜雪茄制造商德魯莊園雪茄公司推出了尼卡·魯斯蒂卡(Nica Rustica )的最新產(chǎn)品Abobe(土磚),這是Nica Rustica產(chǎn)品線的最新一款,總體來(lái)說(shuō)Nica Rustica算是價(jià)格實(shí)惠的一條產(chǎn)品線。
上周德魯莊園公司舉辦了新品發(fā)布儀式,并在YouTube和 Facebook兩個(gè)社交媒體進(jìn)行了直播。預(yù)計(jì)今年夏天將向零售商供貨。
和去年發(fā)布的20英畝農(nóng)田(20 Acre Farm)一樣,有三個(gè)尺寸的Adobe被揭去煙標(biāo)分送給全美國(guó)1萬(wàn)名雪茄愛(ài)好者,他們將拿著贈(zèng)品參與新品發(fā)布式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播。
據(jù)稱Adobe是為了紀(jì)念尼加拉瓜埃斯特利地區(qū)的人們而設(shè)計(jì)的,埃斯特利是德魯莊園大雪茄廠(La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate factory )的所在地。雪茄包裝盒的設(shè)計(jì)靈感參考了埃斯特利民居的色彩繽紛。
亞文化工作室(Subculture Studio)的理查德·道格·迪亞茲(Richard Dog Diaz)融合了埃斯特利地區(qū)的標(biāo)志 Brujito設(shè)計(jì)了雪茄包裝盒的圖案, Brujito是埃斯特利地區(qū)附近的一座山上雕刻的描繪本地薩滿法師的一副巖畫。
雪茄茄衣使用了厄瓜多爾哈瓦那煙葉。茄套是巴西煙葉。茄芯是尼加拉瓜煙葉,取自埃斯特利和賈樂(lè)帕地區(qū)種植的煙葉。公司介紹這款A(yù)dobe的口味是中等到濃郁強(qiáng)度。
Adobe有三個(gè)尺寸,都是每盒25支的包裝,在美國(guó)的每支零售價(jià)均低于7美元。公牛,52環(huán)徑,6英寸長(zhǎng),售價(jià)5.76美元。羅布圖,54環(huán)徑,5英寸長(zhǎng),售價(jià)5.2美元。高達(dá),60環(huán)徑,6英寸長(zhǎng),售價(jià)6.48美元。
雖然預(yù)計(jì)8月份才發(fā)貨,但是公司計(jì)劃5月19日在馬里蘭州科基斯維爾的一場(chǎng)活動(dòng)中進(jìn)行預(yù)展,這場(chǎng)為期兩天的活動(dòng)是在一家名為Humidour Cigar Shoppe的雪茄店舉辦。
尼卡·魯斯蒂卡2013年發(fā)布時(shí)只有一個(gè)尺寸,設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)樸,茄腳閉合,茄帽帶一個(gè)豬尾巴。隨后出現(xiàn)了更多的尺寸,但是性價(jià)比高、質(zhì)樸始終是這個(gè)產(chǎn)品線的主題。而這次Adobe的茄腳沒(méi)有設(shè)計(jì)成封閉。

Nicaraguan cigarmaker Drew Estate has introduced Nica Rustica Adobe, the newest line extension to its budget-friendly Nica Rustica brand. The unveiling happened late last week on Drew Estate’s Freestyle Live event, which streamed on social media via YouTube and Facebook Live. Retailers can expect Nica Rustica Adobe to start shipping this summer.
Like the 20 Acre Farm brand last year, the Nica Rustica Adobes were first sent to 10,000 smokers around the country as a trio of un-banded mystery cigars in anticipation of the live-stream unveiling.?
Adobe was made in tribute to the people of Estelí, Nicaragua, where the La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate factory is located, and the packaging is inspired by the colorful homes of Estelí’s residents. The artwork is by Subculture Studios’ Richard “Dog” Diaz, and incorporates the town’s emblem, “El Brujito,” a petroglyph of a native shaman carved approximately 6,000 years ago on a mountain near Estelí.
The cigars are rolled with a Ecuador Habano wrapper, a Brazilian binder and Nicaraguan fillers from the Estelí and Jalapa regions. According to the company, Nica Rustica Adobe is medium-to-full in body.
Packaged in 25-count boxes, Adobe comes in three sizes all with suggested retail prices less than $7: Toro, measuring 6 inches by 52 ring gauge ($5.76); Robusto, 5 inches by 54 ($5.20); and Gordo, 6 by 60 ($6.48).?
Though not scheduled for shipping until August, Nica Rustica Adobe will also be previewed during a two-day Drew Estate event at The Humidour Cigar Shoppe in Cockeysville, Maryland starting on May 19.
Nica Rustica debuted in 2013 as a single-sized release with a rustic, closed foot and pigtail cap. More sizes followed, but value was always as central to the cigar’s theme as rusticity. Unlike the Nica Rustica core line, Adobes do not have closed feet or pigtail caps.
