臭流氓理發桿是每盒24支包裝，一共生產2000盒。三葉草是每盒10支包裝，一共生產了1500盒。雪茄的稅前零售價分別是每支11.15美元、13.25美元。這個價格比2021年發行的價格要高。2021年發售價是每支10.5美元、12.5美元。雪茄還是在洪都拉斯丹利的東方雪茄廠（Tabacos de Oriente）卷制。

從9號開始，亞歷克·布拉德利公司將在官方的“臉書”、INS、推特等社交媒體上發售“臭流氓”限量版 T 恤。

As we draw closer to St. Patrick’s Day, the color green starts to sprout, and cigar shops are no exception. Alec Bradley’s annual release of the Black Market Filthy Hooligan and Filthy Hooligan Shamrock will begin shipping this Monday. Retailers can expect the cigars to start arriving by February 18.

Both cigars measure 6 inches by 50 ring gauge and share the same interior blend: an Ecuador Sumatra binder and fillers from Panama and Honduras. What distinguishes the two cigars are the wrappers: The Barber Pole is a twisting of two wrappers—one Nicaraguan Habano and the other bright green candela—while the Shamrock is triple-wrapped with Nicaraguan Habano, maduro Nicaraguan Habano and a green leaf of candela.?

The cigars were available for presale in August in runs of 2,000 boxes of 24 for the Filthy Hooligan Barber Pole and 1,500 boxes of 10 for the Filthy Hooligan Shamrock. The cigars have suggested retail prices of $11.15 and $13.25 respectively, before taxes. Both are produced at Tabacos de Oriente in Danlí, Honduras.?
