　　總部位于北卡羅來納州溫斯頓-塞勒姆的雷諾公司指控湯姆森公司出售的產品使用了駱駝和沙龍的品牌名稱。據《商業日報》的報道說，雷諾已經使用駱駝這一商標長達100年，使用沙龍這個商標也已有57年了。

　　但沒有透露雙方在美國北卡羅來納州中部地區的地區法院達成的和解協議的條款。不過，預計位于新澤西州布朗斯米爾斯的湯姆森公司要向雷諾支付一筆費用，但不會透露該費用的金額。

　　雷諾在去年還起訴了SAS技術公司，指控這家電子卷煙制造商使用了它的駱駝和溫斯頓商標名稱。

US: Reynolds, E-Cigarette Maker Settle Trademark Dispute

　　Reynolds Innovations Inc., a division of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., reached a settlement in its trademark infringement lawsuit with electronic cigarette marketer John Thompson.

　　Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Reynolds accused Thompson of selling products under the Camel and Salem brand names. Reynolds has used the Camel trademark for 100 years and the Salem name for 57 years, according to a report by The Business Journal.

　　Terms of the settlement, reached in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, were not disclosed. However, Browns Mills, N.J.-based Thompson is expected to pay an undisclosed sum to Reynolds.

　　Reynolds also sued SAS Technologies last year, alleging the e-cigarette maker used its Camel and Winston trademarked brands. Enditem
