煙草在線據《基輔郵報》報道編譯　　根據烏克蘭總統新聞局報道，烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇已經簽署一項法律，增加禁止吸煙的公共場所。

　　法律規定，禁止在電梯、電話亭、醫療機構、教育機構、兒童游樂場、體育場館、公寓樓大堂、地下通道、公共交通設施、餐飲及文化機構、國家機關和地方政府辦公樓以及公交車站吸食任何煙草產品、電子卷煙和水煙。

　　此外，只允許在各種所有制形式的企業、機構、組織，以及酒店及類似住宿設施、旅館、機場、火車站等公共場所的特定地點吸煙。

　　法律規定，特殊吸煙地點的面積一定不能超過該地區面積的10％，且必須配備通風或其他類型的設備以去除場所內的煙霧。

　　在上述各場所違規吸煙者將被處以1000至10000格里夫那（UAH，烏克蘭貨幣單位）不等的罰款。

　　烏克蘭國會2012年5月24日通過了該文件。出席會議的422名注冊國會議員中，共368人投票支持該法。

Ukraine: Yanukovych Signs Law Prohibiting Smoking in Certain Areas

　　Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a law extending the list of places where smoking is prohibited, according to the president's press service.

　　According to the law, smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and hookahs is banned in elevators, telephone booths, in the premises and on the territory of healthcare facilities, education establishments, at children's playing grounds, sports facilities, in the halls of blocks of flats, underground passages, on public transport, restaurants, cultural establishments, premises of state agencies and local governments, and at public transport stops.

　　In addition, smoking of tobacco products is allowed only at special premises of enterprises, establishments and organizations of all forms of ownership, at hotels and similar accommodation facilities, hostels, airports, and railway stations.

　　According to the law, special premises for smoking must have an area not more than 10% of the general area of the premises, and must be equipped with ventilation or other equipment for the removal of tobacco smoke from the premises.

　　Infringers of the law on the allocation and equipment of premises for smoking will be fined UAH 1,000 to UAH 10,000.

　　The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, passed the document on May 24, 2012. A total of 368 of the 422 MPs registered in the sitting hall supported the law.
