煙草在線據BBJ.hu報道編譯　　煙草制造商大陸Dohányipari公司說，大陸公司花費了12億匈牙利福利，啟動了在Sátoraljaújhely市的一家煙廠的小雪茄生產。

　　在投資新賽切尼計劃框架下，大陸公司的匈牙利子公司獲得了2.57億匈牙利福林的撥款。

　　大陸公司的子公司說，在匈牙利開始生產小雪茄，是為了保住市場。它解釋說，歐盟最近的一項指令在適用于制造煙草的消費稅結構與稅率方面對小雪茄重新給予了定義。這項指令試圖對小雪茄等這些長期以來享受比卷煙低的稅率的煙草產品實施統一稅率。

Continental Spends HUF 1.2 bln to Start Cigarillo Production in Hungary

　　Tobacco maker Continental has spent HUF 1.2 billion to start production of cigarillos at its plant in Sátoraljaújhely (NE Hungary), Continental Dohányipari said.

　　Continental's Hungarian unit won a HUF 257 million grant in the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan for the investment.

　　Production of cigarillos was started in Hungary in the interest of retaining markets, the unit said. It explained that a recent European Union directive redefines cigarillos in the structure and rates of excise duty applied to manufactured tobacco.

　　The directive seeks uniform taxation of tobacco products such as cigarillos, which long enjoyed a lower tax rate than cigarettes.

　　Hungary, along with Germany, may postpone application of the new definition until January 1, 2015 "in view of the economic difficulties that immediate implementation could cause for the German and Hungarian operators concerned", according to the directive. Enditem
