煙草在線據(jù)《The Drum》報道編譯　　在為了設(shè)法讓吸煙者戒煙而嘗試了從圖片健康警語、到電子卷煙和尼古丁貼膏等所有方法之后，健康專家們認為，他們已經(jīng)想出了永遠戒掉吸煙陋習(xí)的最佳方法——會說話的煙盒。

　　這種新技術(shù)將使煙盒每次被打開拿出一支卷煙時說出健康警語，解釋吸幾口煙如何把你送到患肺癌的道路上。這項新技術(shù)由英國癌癥研究院提供資金，目的是為了阻止“煙草業(yè)的營銷手段”，幫助吸煙者戒煙。

　　斯特靈大學(xué)煙草控制研究中心的克勞福德·穆迪談起他的發(fā)明時說：“人們認為，他們用這種煙盒會感到非常惱火，但這種方法真的是捕捉注意力的好方法。”

　　反吸煙慈善機構(gòu)吸煙與健康行動組織（ASH）的希拉·達菲對這種新研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品表示歡迎，她說：“為了向新消費者，主要是青年人營銷自己的具有致癮性的致命產(chǎn)品，煙草業(yè)購買了大量創(chuàng)造性的專門知識。”

評論：

　　促使煙民戒煙的會說話的煙盒，是個好主意。煙民每拿一支煙，就要聽一次警語，這的確能起到一定的效果。不過，這能起到多少的作用的確有待商榷。首先，煙草公司不會主動采取這種敦促煙民戒煙的煙盒；其次，煙民不會主動購買這種煙盒，讓自己厭煩。這兩條接觸煙民的主要途徑被阻擋了。不過，這種煙盒還有兩種途徑接觸到煙民：一種是政府強制煙草公司采用這種煙盒；另一種是希望煙民戒煙的煙民的家人朋友會購買這種煙盒送給煙民。盡管有這樣效果好的東西，不過煙民是否會一直使用，會影響到最終的效果，此外，這種語音警語，應(yīng)有變化，否則因多次重復(fù)，煙民會忽視這種警告，從而不能起到其應(yīng)有的效果。這種新產(chǎn)品的效果如何，還待實踐檢驗！

UK-Scotland: Cigarette Packets to Play Audio Health Warnings in Fresh Anti-smoking Drive

　　Having tried every trick in the book in order to try and get smokers to quit; from graphic warnings, to e-cigarettes and patches, health experts believe they have hit upon the perfect way to stub out the habit for good - talkative fag packets.

　　The new tech will see a health warning spoken by the packet each time it is opened for a fly cig, explaining how a few puffs could set you on the road to lung cancer and was funded by Cancer Research UK, in an effort to harness the 'marketing tools of the tobacco industry' to help smokers quit.

　　Crawford Moodie of Stirling University's Centre for Tobacco Control Research, said of his invention: "People thought they were annoying, but that is a really good way to capture attention."

　　Sheila Duffy of anti-smoking charity ASH welcomed the development, saying: "The tobacco industry buys a great deal of creative expertise to market its addictive and lethal products to new consumers, mainly young people." Enditem
