煙草在線據《煙草世界》報道編譯　　菲利普莫里斯國際公司控股的卷煙制造商三寶麟（Sampoerna）公司，已經在東爪哇島的龐越（Probolinggo）和盧馬姜（Lumajang）兩地正式開設了兩家煙卷煙廠，這是其業務擴張計劃的一部分。

　　三寶麟公司手卷煙生產部主管馬庫斯·何西阿（Marcus Hosea）表示，兩個新工廠將生產自制的丁香煙，以滿足印尼煙民對丁香煙的持續需求。

　　“在龐越和盧馬姜地區有很多煙草種植者。因此，在這里建設新廠對我們來說是非常正確的決定，”他表示，且這兩個自制煙卷煙廠的成立，將為龐越和盧馬姜解決8400人的就業問題。

　　馬庫斯表示，雖然機制丁香卷煙和丁香煙占據著卷煙市場75%的市場份額，但自制卷煙的需求仍然很高。

　　隨著兩家工廠的開業，三寶麟目前已經在東爪哇島的盧馬姜（Lumajang）、馬朗（Malang）、巴蘇魯安（Pasuruan）、龐越（Probolinggo）和泗水（Surabaya）等地開設了共8個卷煙廠。

　　這8個卷煙廠中，只有兩個位于巴蘇魯安和泗水，并致力于生產機制丁香卷煙。

　　龐越和盧馬姜的新工廠分別擁有雇員4600人和3800人。龐越的工廠員工數量預計在不久的將來增加至5200人。

　　據馬庫斯表示，龐越工廠74%的員工都從事卷煙的手工卷制工作，他們每天可制作多達410只丁香卷煙。

　　他說，三寶麟還分別與分布在東爪哇、中爪哇、日惹和西爪哇的共38個小型企業合作，進行自制卷煙的生產。

　　東爪哇農業和種植辦公室負責人Mohamad Samsul Arifien表示，該島煙草總產量每年能達到10萬噸。

　　“龐越的煙葉產量占總產量的10%，”他補充道。

　　Mochammad表示，東爪哇島每年為卷煙制造公司提供6.5萬噸煙葉，其余的則分配給其他650個小型企業。

　　去年，三寶麟公司凈利潤為8.06萬億盧比，比上年增長25.7%。

　　作為全國最大的卷煙制造商之一，三寶麟2011年生產了917億支卷煙，比2010年的產量增長16.4%。

　　與上年同期的記錄數據相比，2011年的銷售總額也上漲了19%至31.96萬億盧比。

　　目前，三寶麟表示，它控制著印尼國內近30%的卷煙市場份額。

Sampoerna Builds Two Tobacco Factories

　　Cigarette maker PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, controlled by Philip Morris International, has officially opened two of home-made cigarette factories in Probolinggo and Lumajang, East Java, on Wednesday as part of its expansion plans.

　　Head of Sampoerna in the hands and roll production, Marcus Hosea, said that two new plant will produce home-made clove cigarettes, to meet the constant asking for kretek in Indonesia.

　　"There are a lot of tobacco farmers in Probolinggo and Lumajang. Thus, the construction of new plants here is the right decision for us," he said, adding that the two self-made cigarette factories will use the 8400 workers in Probolinggo and Lumajang.

　　Although the machine rolled clove cigarettes and clove cigarettes control 75% of the cigarette market, the demand for home-made cigarettes remains high, said Marcus.

　　With the opening of two factories, Sampoerna currently operates eight plants in East Java - in Lumajang, Malang, Pasuruan, Probolinggo and Surabaya.

　　Of the eight plants, only two are located in Pasuruan and Surabaya, to make the machine rolled clove cigarettes.

　　New plants in Probolinggo and Lumajang work 4600 workers and 3800, respectively. The number of workers at the plant Probolinggo is expected to increase to 5200 in the near future.

　　According to Marcus, 74% of employees in Probolinggo work as cigarette rollers and each of them can produce up to 410 cigarettes a day.

　　He said that Sampoerna is also working with 38 small companies for the production of home-made cigarettes in Central Java, East Java, Yogyakarta and West Java.

　　Head of East Java Agriculture and Plantation Office, Mohamad Samsul Arifien, said the total production of tobacco province reached 100,000 tons per year.

　　"Probolinggo contribution to 10 percent of total production," he added.

　　Mochammad said that every year 65,000 tons of tobacco was distributed among large firm's cigarettes in East Java, and the rest was allocated to 650 small companies.

　　Last year, Sampoerna has a net profit of Rp 8.06 trillion, up 25.7% over the previous year.

　　As one of the country's largest cigarette producers, Sampoerna produced 91.7 billion cigarettes in 2011, a 16.4 increase from 2010.

　　The total volume of sales also increased by 19 percent to Rp 31.96 trillion in 2011 from the figures recorded a year earlier.
